Candidates must be willing to connect and interact with people that are desiring to connect into our church family through Life Groups, and have a heart for the vision of discipleship. Ebenezer is a well-established, multiethnic, multi-generational and growing church body. Candidates must have the ability to multiply disciple-makers with parents and families, understand how to spiritually invest in kids, and be relational in connecting with people.
